Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Gift cards & sale items.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, contact our Customer Care team at solenquiries@outlook.com with your order number and item details.
  • You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • For traceability, use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt.


Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirmation.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, please contact our Customer Care team to discuss the exchange process.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt by contacting our Customer Care team. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refund Timeline:
