Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Dispatch:

• Most orders, excluding pre-sale, backorder, and holiday promotions, will be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.
• Orders containing both 'pre-order' and 'in-stock' items will be shipped once all items are available. Separate orders are required for separate shipments.
• Order modifications or cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.
• Customers are advised to verify colors with our Customer Care team at solenquiries@outlook.com if uncertain, as colours may vary from screen to product.
• A $12 fee will be charged for repacking and postage for orders returned due to an incorrect address.

Delivery Time Frames: (Australian Domestic Orders)

• Processing & Handling Time: 2 Business Days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 2-8 Business Days

Shipping Time for Pre-Sale Items:

• Pre-sale items are not currently in stock but can be ordered on the BeachBySŌL website.
• Pre-sale items are generally expected to be ready to ship within 20-35 days.
